We are proud of keeping our Rentals as affordable as possible by seeking tenants with pride in living in and caring for our Rentals. Your responsibilities are maintaining (mowing) the yard, reporting any maintenance items immediately and obtaining Renters Insurance (required by our insurance company).  We require direct deposit of your Rent into our financial institution either in person or setup electronically. (NO CATS) We don’t accept Cats both indoor & outdoor, but we do allow one dog with a $200 Pet fee (non-refundable) + $500 additional Security deposit (refundable).  Our insurance says, “No Undergraduate Students“.  Re: Availability, we usually give current tenants the right to renew 120 days before lease expiration. They must sign their lease 90 days prior to expiration to remain in the property. Therefore, we do not normally show properties more than 90 days before availability, to prevent disturbing current tenants. We look forward to your no fee Rental Application REQUIRED before showing.
