Neebe Real Estate can manage your property located in Chapel Hill or Carrboro. We are no longer accepting properties outside of this area. Our management fee is 10% of the months rent with a minimum fee of $100 per month. We run a very tight ship with regards to tenants paying the rent. If they have not paid by the 5th of the month, we send out a late rent letter, and after 10 days legal action may be taken. For legal matters we use William Brownlee in Raleigh. Although we rarely have to take tenants to court, our experience has determined it is best to leave these proceedings to an attorney.
